I am representing Russia with Fernando. Our Resolution will be about creating a new European Security Pack

I hope this security PACT (What the hell is pack ? ) will take into consideration the diminished security we all feel when our countries borders are violated, armed groups are supported by foreign militaries, and our sovereignty jeopardized.

Can Russia give more details on how exactly is this new security pact?

France is in favor of this resolution, as Russia searches for peace in Europe. The delegation sees this reformation as an improvement of security in European countries, as Russia proposes:
"a clear affirmation of the inadmissibility of the use of force -- or the threat of force -- in international relations."
Russia affirms that: "no single state or international organization may have the exclusive right to maintain peace and stability in the region. This applies fully to Russia too."

Therefore, France supports Russia's resolution seaking a change in the European Security Pact.

This is a new European Pact (indeed it is not paCK) is to be a treaty where the division beetween seperate security gruoups should be ended, Europe needs to work as a whole.

Germany has showed interest in Russia's proposal and is willing to cooperate the best way possible...

Germany and France should be aware of the separatist groups in kosovo and Chechyna. How can Russia propose a new continent pact, without even solving its internal problems ?

In March 2008 Kosovo declared its independence, its not Russians internal problem, its an issue regarding Europe as a whole.

Does this new security pact also protects from terrorist attacks?How would russia protect other nations from terrorism if they cant even stop the attacks in their own borders?

Yes Turkish delegate, the new Europen pact will find effective measures to combat terrorism. The reason why such conflicts have erupted in Russia's borders is because currently NATO and the The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe are responsible for controling these problems, but they have failed. This is why Russia wants to put security power into European countries hands, and not leave it to other organizations.

Merci French Delegate, Russia, like other European nations, will not have exclusive power to maitain stability. Europe will work together and find the best measures possible to solve security issues which currently exists and others which will emerge.

Despite the Russian attacks in Georgia, Germany is completely in favor of the European Security Pact. This is certainly an affective measure to end the hostilities in the region. In response to the delegate of Georgia who asked : “How can Russia propose a new continent pact, without even solving its internal problems ?”, the delegate of Germany responds that this pact will be the actual proposal that will contribute, or even better, end the internal problems.

Germany, sorry, but the question SHOULD be answered by Russia. Georgia would like to alarm all delegates that with this new security pact, Russia is disrespecting NATO and the other security organization in Europe. Delegates, we should respect the treaties we already have (even though Georgia is not YET part of NATO), and try to make the better.

Creating new treaties will not solve the problems.

The Delegate of Czech Republic is sure Russia wants to create this new security pack to favor its ideals. It feals threatned since NATO ( North Atlantic Treaty Organization ) was created by the USA and Russia has no part in its decisions. If Russia decided to cooperate and tried to begin deplomatic relations with other european countries , the delegate is sure it would be accepted in NATO.
