Salam fellow delegate of Australia!
The delegate of Afghanistan is pleased to see that Australia is finally taking effective measures to decrease/solve the global warming issue, since Australia’s Carbon dioxide emissions have doubled the world’s average rate in the past 25 years, according to the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) analysis. Keep in mind that CSIRO is “Australia's national science agency and one of the largest and most diverse research agencies in the world."
(http://www.csiro.au/org/AboutCSIRO.html) The Afghan delegate believes that there is still time to fix Australia’s damage on the environment. Keep in mind that Australia has 0.32% of the entire world's population, and yet is responsible for 1.43% of the total carbon dioxide emission, meaning that “per person, pollution levels are 4.5 times the global average, just below the value for the United States.” (http://www.smh.com.au/news/environment/australias-greenhouse-emissions-twice-world-rate/2007/05/22/1179601374518.html) Looking forward for change! إله يبارك أنت

Australia came up with intersting ideas to solve the global warming issue.

one way of solving will be by having all countries to decrease 1.5% of carbon dioxide each year if they dont they will be punished.
another way will be by creating more efficient vehicles, better building control system and a new generation of offshore wind power.

thankyou!!

Fellow delegate of Afghanistan,
the delegate of Australia is here to inform that it is completely aware of the situation, and for that reason it is looking forward to resolving the issue. Since the delegate of Afghanistan has so much knowledge about Australia's situation and involvement in the global warming, it should be aware that Australia's new President has a complete understanding of the global warming issue, and is therefore taking the appropriate steps.

The point here is not trying to point finger to countries, because that has already been proven to not solve the issue. The delegate of Australia is really thankfull that the delegate of Afghanistan could come up with so many information about Australia itself in the past, but is rather looking forward to the future.

The delegate of Australia hopes to now have your support.

And, just so that the delegates don't think that Australia has not been doing much about its current situation, the delegate is please to inform that Australia has been investing a lot in technology that will diminish it's greenhouse gas emissions.

take a look please!

Delegate of Australia, the delegate of Japan is curious as to how you plan to punish countries if they do not get rid of some of their carbon dioxide of greenhouse gas emmisions.

the delagate of Australia would like to clerify that of couse their are some gas emissions that we cant get out of, but in the other side many countries use some gas that is not necessary. and so by diminishing this desnecessay gas countries will probably dimish 1.5% of the total amount of CO2
so the delagate of Australia hope that Japan understand the reason of my resolution which is to diminish Co2 emissions.

Delegate of Australia
Indonesia would like to express that in we are in favor of your resolution. Since Indonesia is made of many small islands; Indonesia would suffer from global warming because the sea level would rise and the islands would soon not exist if global warming is still occurring.

Lets stop global warming sunny

India considers that major developed countries are mostly responsible for emitting most of the greenhouse gases annually; however, the delegation of India deeply congratulates Australia’s initiatives, commitment, and strong resolution to reduce carbon dioxide emission worldwide; the delegate of India emphasizes his support to the delegate of Australia’s resolution, believing that every countries, developed and developing, should reduce annually their greenhouse gases emission.

The delegate of India is aware that India’s position as a major developing country shall not be preventing it from reaching international environmental norms. The Prime Minister of India has solemnly declared in September 2008: “even while India pursues its economic and social development goals, it will not permit its per capita GHG emissions to exceed, at any point of time, the average per capita emissions of developed countries.” http://meaindia.nic.in/

Having signed the Kyoto-protocol on climate change in 2002, India is fully committed to “promote and cooperate in scientific, technological, technical, socio-economic and other research, systematic observation and development of data archives related to the climate system and intended to further the understanding and to reduce or eliminate the remaining uncertainties regarding the causes, effects, magnitude and timing of climate change and the economic and social consequences of various response strategies” http://unfccc.int/not_assigned/b/items/1417.php

For delegates who still doubts on India’s involvement to solve the issue, please take a look at: http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Business/India_Business/Tatas_plan_to_tap_carbon_credit_mart/articleshow/2790412.cms

The delegation of Syria is willing to know Australia's position regarding nuclear energy, since it is ecologically beneficial to the planet's atmosphere. Our resolution implies the question of modifying the NPT so that all countries can develop nuclear energy for peaceful purposes only, also aiding, as one of its main aims, the reduction and decrease of the release of substances that are harmful to the atmosphere, which seems to have a similar purpose, or goal, as your delegation is proposing.

but, delegate of syria, the issue with amending the NPT is that there is no way to guarentee countries will not create nuclear weapons and just nuclear power. Unless there is a way to watch everyone, it will cause great issues.

Delegate of Japan, bear in mind that this is the reason for why IAEA inspections happen. These inspections make it clear for all that the country in question is not using such technology to generate weapons. The delegation of Syria would also like to remind that the country that deliberately violate the policies will be severely punished, with the implementation of oil sanctions and embargos.

Salam fellow delegate of Australia,
The delegate of Afghanistan is indeed aware of the fact that “Australia's new President has a complete understanding of the global warming issue, and is therefore taking the appropriate steps.” The Afghan delegate would like to clarify that it is not pointing fingers, but instead showing to the International Community that even Australia, who was one of the greatest carbon dioxide producers, managed to revert the situation and become one of the leading nations in the environmentally-correct campaign. In response to what the delegate said about “…information about Australia itself in the past, but is rather looking forward to the future” Afghanistan believes that nations should always look at the mistakes done in the past, because remembrance will guarantee that these mistakes will not be repeated. Regardless the misunderstanding, Afghanistan is completely in favor of Australia’s proposal. إله يبارك أنت

To the delegate of Australia,
Pakistan is aware of what a critical matter global warming is, and would like to show its support towards Australia's resolution, adressed to this environmental matter. However, we would like to know what this so said "Protocol" will include to request that all nations sign and what Australia's plan is to reduce this severe environmental issue. Pakistan appreciates Austraila's efforts to stand up for the rights of Planet Earth alien

Fellow delegate of Australia!
The delegate of Afghanistan would like to congratulate you for the excellent job in caucus! It is hard to be alone, but you managed to present your country’s position with strength and confidence. The delegate’s resolution was also very clear. Congratulations and try Security Council next year. By the way, check this site about the harmful effects and the environmental problems of burning fossil fuels, such as global warming, acid rain, air pollution, coal mining, oil spills, fuel resources, and more: http://www.npcil.nic.in/nupower_vol13_4/npaavol4.htm إله يبارك أنت
