| Hello fellow delegate, how Japan plans to stop North Korea and it's nuclear war projects is split into two sections. it they do cooperate, we will help their economy and give them privelages. if they dont, we can either put sanctions on them and stop their trading and imports/exports, or get ugly. we will get help from surrounding countries and forcefully make them oblige with us. | |

| We also have the support from many of the surrounding nations such as South Korea, China, Russia, and maybe Pakistan, but the thing about South Korea is, they are stated that they are powerless and connot change North Koreas decision single handed but that is where Japan comes in, Japan along with others will over power North Korea with the process the other delegate has explained. | |

| Salam delegate of Japan! Afghanistan is quiet confused about Sou Korea's position now. According to the Golbal Security Organization, "South Korean Officials Defend North's 'Right' to Civilian Nuclear Program....South Korean officials defended what they say is North Korea's "natural right" to pursue civilian nuclear power. The move may cause friction with the United States, which has expressed firm opposition to the North having any nuclear facilities whatsoever....In an apparent break with Washington, South Korean Unification Minister Chung Dong-Young is throwing his support behind North Korea's demand for access to nuclear energy." (http://www.globalsecurity.org/wmd/library/news/rok/2005/rok-050811-36bd4dbc.htm) Do we happen to have a delegation from South Korea in this MUN? It would be interesting to hear their explanations and current position on the issue. إله يبارك أنت | |

| Andrea, Japan would never want to ally with China and vice versa. China and Afghanistan support North Korea in using nuclear programs for economical importance. | |
